Directions
Chop potatoes and tomatoes into cubes.
Heat oil and add zeera. Add onion, potatoes and stir.
Add turmeric and stir.
Add red chili powder and then tomatoes.
Mix it well. Add phalli or beans and some salt.
Stir it to mix. Add some water.
Cover it and cook for 15 minutes.
Cook until all the vegetables are cooked.
Now add the seasoning of crushed garlic, chili and zeera.
Add some water and mix.
Phalli aaloo is ready.
