Petits Pois Nests Recipe
Ingredients
| Potatoes | 350 Gram, boiled | |
| Butter | 25 Gram | |
| Milk | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Egg | 1 , beaten | |
| 1 x 113 g (4oz) packet frozen | ||
| Petits pois | ||
Directions
Mash the potatoes with the butter, milk and egg.
Pipe into small nest shapes on a greased baking sheet and bake in a preheated moderately hot oven, 200°C (400°F), Gas Mark 6, for about 20 minutes, until golden brown.
Meanwhile, cook the petits pois in a little boiling salted water for 2 minutes; drain.
Transfer the potato nests to a warmed serving dish and fill with the peas.
Serve hot.
