Petite Frozen Cranberry Salads Recipe
Ingredients
| Whipping cream | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Sugar | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Salt | 1 Dash | |
| 2 T. mayonnaise or salad dressing | ||
| Whole cranberry sauce | 1 Can (10oz), chopped | |
| 3 oz. frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed | ||
Directions
Whip cream, sugar and salt to soft peaks; stir in mayonnaise, mixing well.
Fold in cranberry sauce and orange juice concentrate.
Add some chopped nuts and a few drops of red food coloring.
Line muffin pans with paper bake cups - fill with mixture and freeze until firm.
Serve in the paper cups.
