Ingredients

 Ice cubes4
 Juice 1 fresh orange (or 4 tablespoons canned, unsweetened juice)
 Juice 1 fresh lime or lemon
 Angostura bitters3 Drop
 Dry white wine -3 parts (Blanc-de-Blanc, Chablis or Muscadet)

Directions

MAKING
1) In a glass jug, add the ice.
2) Add in the fruit juices, bitters and the wine.
3) Stir briskly and strain out into a sour glass.

SERVING
4) Garnish with fruit and serve.
