| Dry white wine -3 parts (Blanc-de-Blanc, Chablis or Muscadet) | ||
Directions
MAKING
1) In a glass jug, add the ice.
2) Add in the fruit juices, bitters and the wine.
3) Stir briskly and strain out into a sour glass.
SERVING
4) Garnish with fruit and serve.
