Ingredients

 Enough cooking oil to cover meat, about 4 cups
 Worcestershire sauce1/2 Cup (16 tbs)
 Lemon juice1/4 Cup (16 tbs)
 Garlic5 Clove (5gm), minced
 Salt3 Tablespoon
 Pepper3 Tablespoon
 Soy sauce2 Tablespoon
 Bay leaves2
 Dried rosemary1 Tablespoon, crushed

Directions

MAKING
1,Take a large bowl and mix oil, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, garlic, salt, pepper, soy sauce and bau leaves.
2.Top the meat with the mixture and season with rosemary.
3.Put the lid on and allow the marinade to refrigerate for minimum of 3 days.
