Petcha Recipe
Ingredients
| Calf's Feet - 2 | ||
| Onions | 2 | |
| Garlic | 4 Clove (5gm) | |
| Water | 3 Quart | |
| Kosher salt | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Back Pepper - 3/4 teaspoon | ||
| Hard boiled eggs | 4 | |
Directions
MAKING
1) Using a sharp knife, chop the feet finely
2) The pour boiling water, over them and scrap with the knife
3) In a saucepan, combine the feet, onion, 2 cloves of garlic, water, salt and pepper
4) Bring the mixture to a boil
5) Cover the pan with a lid and cook for about 3 1/2 hours
6) Onto 3 pie plates, cut the meat from the bones and portion onto the plates equally
7) Pour the soup into the pie plates
8) Allow to set for about 1/2 hour
9) Using a sharp knife, slice the eggs and arrange onto the pie plate
10) Sprinkle in black pepper and allow to chill
