Pesto-Stuffed Mushrooms Recipe

Ingredients
1 1/4 pounds large fresh mushrooms
3 tablespoons butter or margarine, melted
1/2 cup Fresh Pesto
About 1 1/2 dozen pimiento strips
Directions
Clean mushrooms with damp paper towels, remove stems, and reserve for other uses.
Place butter in a shallow baking dish.
Roll mushroom caps in butter, and arrange in dish, cap side down.
Spoon pesto evenly into mushroom caps.
Cover and bake at 350° for 15 to 20 minutes.
Top each mushroom with a pimiento strip.
