Pesto Tomato Toast Recipe
Ingredients
| 6 slices French bread, 1 inch thick | ||
| Pesto | 1/3 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Tomato | 1 Small | |
| Shredded mozzarella cheese | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
Directions
1. Heat oven to 375°.
2. Place bread on ungreased cookie sheet. Spread each slice with scant tablespoon of pesto. Top each with tomato; sprinkle with cheese. Bake about 8 minutes or until hot and cheese is melted.
