Pesto Ravioli Recipe

Ingredients
1 lb (450 g) meat and cheese-stuffed ravioli
2 tbsp (30 ml) butter
2 garlic cloves, finely sliced
2 tsp (10 ml) chopped basil
1 tbsp (15 ml) pine nuts
Salt and pepper
1 tbsp (15 ml) chopped parsley
Directions
– Cook ravioli in boiling salted water. Rinse under cold running water. Drain and set aside.
– In a skillet, melt butter and cook garlic until soft but not browned. Add basil, pine nuts and season with salt and pepper. Add ravioli. Sprinkle with parsley, and heat for a few minutes.
