Pesto Coated Baked Chicken Recipe
Ingredients
| 1 pound boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1/2-inch-thick cutlets | ||
| 1/4 cup plus 1 tablespoon prepared pesto | ||
| Sour cream | 1 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Mayonnaise | 1 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Parmesan cheese | 1 Tablespoon, shredded | |
| Pine nuts | 1 Tablespoon | |
Directions
Preheat oven to 450°F.
Arrange chicken in single layer in shallow baking pan.
Combine pesto, sour cream and mayonnaise in small cup.
Brush over chicken.
Sprinkle with cheese and pine nuts.
Bake 8 to 10 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink in center.
