 1 pound boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1/2-inch-thick cutlets
 1/4 cup plus 1 tablespoon prepared pesto
 Sour cream1 1/2 Teaspoon
 Mayonnaise1 1/2 Teaspoon
 Parmesan cheese 1 Tablespoon, shredded
 Pine nuts1 Tablespoon

Directions

Preheat oven to 450°F.
Arrange chicken in single layer in shallow baking pan.
Combine pesto, sour cream and mayonnaise in small cup.
Brush over chicken.
Sprinkle with cheese and pine nuts.
Bake 8 to 10 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink in center.
