Pesto Recipe
Ingredients
| 1/2 cup tightly packed fresh basil leaves | ||
| Parsley leaves | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Celery | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs), minced | |
| Olive oil | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Capers | 1 1/2 Teaspoon, drained | |
| Red wine vinegar | 1 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Garlic | 1 Clove (5gm), minced | |
| Turkey broth | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Lemon juice | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Salt | 1/8 Teaspoon | |
| Ground pepper | 1 Dash | |
Directions
Position knife blade in food processor bowl; add first 7 ingredients.
Process until finely chopped.
Add turkey broth and lemon juice; process 10 minutes or until smooth.
Stir in salt and pepper.
