2 cloves garlic
 
1 large bunch fresh basil, leaves only
 
1/4 cup pine nuts, pecans, or walnuts
 
3/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
 
1/2 cup olive oil

Directions

1. Place garlic in the bowl of a food processor fitted with a steel blade and chop until fine. Add basil, pine nuts, pecans, or walnuts, and process until fully blended.
2. Add Parmesan cheese and very, very slowly add olive oil, gradually increasing the amount.
