Ingredients

 Large bunch of basil leaves, weighing about 50 g (2 o z), stalks removed
 Garlic2 Clove (5gm), crushed
 Pine nuts40 Gram
 Olive oil125 Milliliter
 Butter25 Gram, softened
 Parmesan cheese50 Gram, grated
 Black pepper salt1 To taste
 Shavings of Parmesan cheese

Directions

MAKING
1) In a food processor or blender combine basil, garlic, pine nuts ,and oil. Run the machine and blend the ingredients to a smooth soft paste.
2) Pour the sauce in a clean bowl and add cheese and butter. Also, add seasonings as per taste.

SERVING
3) Toss freshly cooked pasta with the sauce and garnish with Parmesan cheese. Serve immediately.
