Pescado A La Naranja Recipe
Ingredients
| Halibut fish | 2 Pound, frozen | |
| Onion | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), finley chopped | |
| Garlic | 2 Clove (5gm), minced | |
| Cooking oil | 2 Tablespoon | |
| 2 tablespoons snipped cilantro or parsley | ||
| Salt | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Pepper | 1/8 Teaspoon | |
| Orange juice | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Lemon juice | 1 Tablespoon | |
| 1 hard-cooked egg, cut into wedges | ||
Directions
Thaw fish, if frozen.
Arrange fish in a 12x7 1/2 x2-inch baking dish.
In small skillet cook onion and garlic in oil till onion is tender but not brown.
Stir in cilantro or parsley, salt, and pepper, Spread mixture over fish.
Combine orange juice and lemon juice; pour evenly over all, Bake, covered, in a 400° oven for 20 to 25 minutes or till fish flakes easily when tested with a fork.
Arrange egg wedges atop fish.
Sprinkle with paprika and garnish with orange slices, if desired.
