Directions

GETTING READY
1. In a vessel add all ingredients and soak in water for about an hour.

MAKING
2. In a blender, transfer the soaked mixture, and blend to get a smooth texture, add more water, if required.
3. On a heated tava, pour about 1/2 cup of the mixture, and spread evenly.
4. Drizzle some oil at the edges, cook for 2 minutes, flip and cook for another 1 minute.

SERVING
5. Serve with chutney or butter.
