200 gms of whole green gram,
 
about 3 or 4 green chillies,
 
cilantro,
 
karepak,
 
ginger and
 
salt.

Add all the ingredients in a vessel and soak in water for about an hour .. grind the mix into a fine batter . Make the dosa using the

batter in the usual way .. Can be had with any chutney, or even with plain butter.. It is very nutritious and tasty ..
