Persian Chicken Recipe
Chicken is an easy to make everyday dish, that can make a great value addition to any menu. whether you are planning your surprise your family for lunch or have a grand party , this persian chicken is just right. You would enjoy every moment of cooking and of course eating it
Ingredients
1 16-oz. can sliced peaches
1/4 c. lemon juice
2 tbsp. melted butter or margarine
6 chicken breast halves
Salt and pepper to taste
1 can mandarin oranges
Directions
Puree peaches in blender or press through sieve.
Combine peaches, peach syrup, lemon juice and but- ter.
Arrange chicken on rack in broiler pan; sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Broil chicken about 6 inches from source of heat for 30 minutes or until tender.
Baste chicken with peach glaze at 5-minute intervals; turn chicken once during cooking.
Combine remaining peach glaze and oranges in saucepan.
Bring to a boil; pour over chicken.
