 Mandarin1 Can (10oz)
 Pineapple1 /2 Cup (16 tbs), crushed
 Water

 Cooking Long Grain & Wild Rice
 Butter/Margarine2 Tablespoon
 2 tablespoons currants or chopped raisins
 1 tablespoon chopped green onions with tops

Directions

Drain mandarin-orange segments and pineapple; reserve liquid.
Add water to fruit liquid to make 2 cups.
Cook contents of rice and seasoning packets with fruit liquid, water and butter or margarine according to package directions.
Fold in currants or raisins.
Heat Just before serving, fold in chopped onions.
