8 cups cold water
1/4 cup lemon juice
Directions
Peel, quarter, remove seeds, and coarsely chop cucumbers.
Whirl about 1/3 at a time in blender until pureed; strain out and discard pulp (you should have about 2 1/2 cups juice).
