Persian Cucumber Punch Recipe
Ingredients
6 medium-sized cucumbers
2 cups Punch Base
8 cups cold water
1/4 cup lemon juice
Directions
Peel, quarter, remove seeds, and coarsely chop cucumbers.
Whirl about 1/3 at a time in blender until pureed; strain out and discard pulp (you should have about 2 1/2 cups juice).
Just before serving, mix 2 cups Punch Base, 8 cups cold water, cucumber juice, and lemon juice.
