Directions

MAKING
1. In a bowl or measuring cup put butter and blend till creamy.
2. Add egg and continue to blend till incorporated. Stir in sugar and salt and blend again.
3. Pour the milk and continue to blend. Add baking powder, mix till incorporated.
4. Put flour and resume blending till well combined to smooth.
5. Heat oil in a pan and put spoonful of the batter.
6. Let it cook on one side. Flip and cook the other side till done. Transfer onto a plate.

SERVING
7. In a serving plate, serve the pancakes warm topped with butter and honey.
