Perfectly Peachy Recipe
Ingredients
| Ripe Peach - 1/2, peeled and pitted | ||
| Ice | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), crushed | |
| Lime Juice - of 1/2 lime | ||
| Liqueur | 1 1/2 Ounce | |
| Lime wedge | 1 | |
Directions
MAKING
1. Take a container of an electric blender and slice the peach directly into it, add the ice, cover and blend at high speed until the mixture is smooth.
2. Now add the lime juice and the peach flavoured liqueur, cover and blend again until smooth.
SERVING
3. Serve in a wine glass garnished with a lime wedge or even a fresh peach wedge would go nice.
