Ingredients

 2 envelopes unflavored gelatin
 Sugar1/2 Cup (16 tbs)
 Salt1 Teaspoon
 Boiling water1 1/2 Cup (16 tbs)
 Cold water1 1/2 Cup (16 tbs)
 Vinegar1/2 Cup (16 tbs)
 Lemon juice2 Tablespoon
 2 cups finely shredded cabbage
 Celery1 Cup (16 tbs), chopped
 Green pepper1/4 Cup (16 tbs), chopped
 Pimiento1/4 Cup (16 tbs), diced
 Green1/3 Cup (16 tbs), stuffed

Directions

Thoroughly mix the gelatin, sugar, and salt.
Add boiling water and stir to dissolve the gelatin.
Then add cold water, vinegar, and lemon juice.
Chill till partially set.
Add remaining ingredients.
Pour into an 8 1/2x4 1/2x2 1/2 inch loaf pan.
Chill till firm.
Just before mealtime, unmold and garnish salad with carrot curls and ripe olives.
