Perfection Salad Recipe

Cabbage is one of my favorite vegetables. I make it very often. This perfection salad recipe is one of the most frequently prepared side dishes on my table. Hope you enjoy it too!

Directions

MAKING
1) In 1/2 cup water add gelatin and allow to soften.
2) In a bowl, add together the softened gelatin, sugar, salt, and 1 1/2 cups boiling water.
3) Stir till the gelatin dissolves.
4) Add in 1 cup water, vinegar, and lemon juice and mix well.
5) Refrigerate till partially set.
6) Add in the cabbage, celery, green pepper, pimento, and olives and transfer into a loaf pan.
7) Refrigerate till set.

SERVING
8) Garnish with carrot curls and ripe olives.
