Perfection Salad Recipe

| Unflavored gelatin | 1⁄2 Ounce | |

| Vinegar | 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) | |
| Lemon juice | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Cabbage | 2 Cup (32 tbs) | |
| Celery | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Green pepper | 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) | |
| Pimento | 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) | |
| Stuffed green olives | 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs) |

Directions
1) In 1/2 cup water add gelatin and allow to soften.
2) In a bowl, add together the softened gelatin, sugar, salt, and 1 1/2 cups boiling water.
3) Stir till the gelatin dissolves.
4) Add in 1 cup water, vinegar, and lemon juice and mix well.
5) Refrigerate till partially set.
6) Add in the cabbage, celery, green pepper, pimento, and olives and transfer into a loaf pan.
7) Refrigerate till set.
SERVING
8) Garnish with carrot curls and ripe olives.
