Directions

Combine lemon gelatin and 3/4 teaspoon salt.
Add 3 1/4 cups boiling water; stir to dissolve gelatin.
Stir in vinegar and lemon juice.
Chill till mixture is partially set.
Fold in shredded cabbage, celery, green pepper, and olives.
Turn mixture into a 5 1/2-cup moid or ten 1/2-cup molds.
Chill till set.
Unmold salad onto lettuce.
Serve with mayonnaise or salad dressing, if desired.
