Perfection Salad Recipe
Ingredients
| Unflavored gelatin | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Cold water | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Boiling water | 2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Sugar | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Vinegar | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Lemon juice | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Salt | 2 Teaspoon | |
| Onions | 3 Tablespoon, chopped | |
| Cabbage | 1 Cup (16 tbs), shredded | |
| Celery | 1 Cup (16 tbs), diced | |
| Pimiento | 3 Tablespoon, chopped | |
| Green pepper | 3 Tablespoon |
Directions
GETTING READY
1) In a bowl of cold water, soak the unflavored gelatin.
2) Pour in boiling water, sugar, vinegar, lemon juice and salt.
3) Allow cooling to settle the mixture as thick.
4) Put onions, cabbage, celery, pimiento and green pepper.
MAKING
5) In a 1-quart mold, pour the mixture.
6) Place inside refrigerator to chill.
SERVING
7) Serve chilled by seasoning with freshly ground black pepper.
