Perfect Parfaits Recipe
Ingredients
| Flaked coconut | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Pecans | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
| Instant chocolate pudding mix package | 2 | |
| Skim milk | 3 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Vanilla extract | 1 Teaspoon | |
| 4 brownies or chocolate cookies | ||
| 3 tablespoons caramel topping | ||
| Whipped topping | ||
Directions
Toast the coconut and pecans in a skillet over medium-high heat for 5 minutes, tossing to prevent burning.
Prepare the pudding with the milk and vanilla, using the package directions.
Chill for 3 minutes.
Break the brownies into small pieces.
Alternate layers of brownie, pudding and coconut mixture in parfait glasses.
Drizzle with caramel topping.
Repeat the layers.
Top with whipped topping.
Sprinkle each with some of the coconut mixture.
Chill until ready to serve.
