Perfect Guacamole Recipe
Ingredients
| Onion | 2 Tablespoon, minced | |
| 1 to 2 serrano chilies, seeded and coarsely chopped (begin with a little and add more to taste) | ||
| Garlic | 1 Clove (5gm), minced | |
| Chopped coriander | 2 Teaspoon | |
| Juice of 1/2 lime | ||
| 2 large ripe avocados, halved, seeded and peeled | ||
| 1 large tomato, peeled, seeded and chopped | ||
| Salt | To Taste | |
| Lime juice | ||
| Homemade Taco Chips | ||
Directions
Combine 1 1/2 tablespoons onion with chilies, garlic, coriander and lime juice in processor and chop using on/off turns until semi-pureed.
Turn into mixing bowl.
Add avocado and mash with fork.
Add tomato and remaining onion and toss to blend.
Season to taste with salt and lime juice.
Serve at room temperature with Homemade Taco Chips.
Can be prepared several hours ahead and refrigerated.
Sprinkle guacamole with lime juice to prevent darkening.
