1. Clean grill with wire brush. Using soft cloth, coat grill grate lightly with vegetable oil.
2. Season both sides of steak with seasoning. Lightly drizzle both sides with basting oil. (Too much oil will cause flare-ups on the grill).
3. Place meat on grill; sear until meat has changed color 1/4 way up from bottom, about 2 min. Turn; brush seared side. Sear second side; turn. Brush top side. Reduce heat to LOW or (MEDIUM for cuts thinner than 1-inch); close lid.
4. Cook meat to desired doneness, according to table below. Check internal emperature by inserting digital thermometer halfway into thickest part of meat.
