Perfect Blueberry Jam Recipe
Ingredients
1 cup apple juice
1 cup frozen blueberries
2 tsp Slim Set jelling mix
Directions
Pour apple juice over blueberries in a bowl.
Cover and allow to sit at room temperature for at least 8 hours or overnight.
Drain the blueberry liquid into a saucepan; reserve the blueberries.
Add the jelling mix to the liquid; stir to dissolve.
Place saucepan over medium heat; cook and stir until mixture boils.
Reduce heat and boil for 1 minute.
Remove saucepan from heat and stir in the berries.
Return to heat and bring back to the boil.
Stir and boil for 30 seconds.
Pour into a glass jar or serving dish and allow to set.
