Ingredients

| Lemon juice | 1 | |

| Red wine | 2 Cup (16 tbs) | |

| Cinnamon stick | 1 | |
Directions
Preheat oven to 375°F./180°C.
Peel pears, cut in half and remove the cores.
Combine other ingredients in a baking dish and mix well.
Place pear halves in a single layer in the dish and cook in the oven for 45-60 minutes, turning and basting often.
When pears are tender, remove the cinnamon stick, and refrigerate pears in syrup until ready to serve.
