Perch Au Gratin Recipe
Ingredients
| 7 1-lb. package frozen perch fillets | ||
| 2 tbsp. fine cracker crumbs | ||
| Canned tomatoes | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Onion | 2 Tablespoon, chopped | |
| Salt | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Pepper | 1/8 Teaspoon | |
| Butter | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Cheddar Cheese | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs), grated | |
Directions
"Thaw fillets.
Sprinkle cracker crumbs in greased 1-quart shallow baking dish; place fillets on crumbs.
Combine tomatoes, onion, salt and pepper; pour over fillets.
Dot with butter; sprinkle with cheese.
Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes or until fish flakes easily with fork."
