1 Egg
1/2 tsp.Garlic Salt
1/2 tsp. Onion Salt
1/2 Cup Ketchup
1/4-1/2 Cup Pepsi Cola
1 Cup or More Italian Bread Crumbs
Directions
Mix altogether shape into loaf.Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
I wanted meatloaf and didn't have much to put in one.So I kind of came up with this.Very Very Moist and so good.
Can also cook this in the crockpot on Low for 4-5 hours then check for doneness.
