Peppy Seafood Sauce Recipe
Peppy seafood sauce is a mixed sauce made with a base of chili sauce. Spicy and hot with lemon juice for a hint of tang, the peppy seafood sauce has worcestershire sauce and horseradish that cokmpliments the seafood that it is served with.
Ingredients
1/3 cup chili sauce
2 tablespoons lemon juice, fresh, frozen, or canned
1 1/2 tablespoons horse radish
1/4 teaspoon grated onion
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
2 drops Tabasco
Salt to taste
Directions
Combine ingredients and chill thoroughly.
