| Mayonnaise | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Chives | 2 Tablespoon, finley chopped | |
| 16 half-inch cubes of sharp yellow cheese | ||
Directions
Toast bread and spread with butter.
Cut tomatoes into thin slices and place a slice on each piece of toast.
Season with salt.
Spread a portion of mayonnaise combined with the chives on the tomato, leaving a rim of tomato showing on edge.
Garnish center with a cube of cheese.
