Peppery Pecans Recipe
Ingredients
| Pecan halves | 1/2 pound | |
| Butter - 1 1/2 to 2 tablespoons | ||
| Salt | 1 To taste | |
| Cayenne - to taste | ||
Directions
MAKING
1) In a heavy skillet, add butter to melt over medium heat.
2) Add pecan halves and stir to toast.
3) Sprinkle salt and cayenne, as per your taste, to season.
SERVING
4) Serve the pecans warm or at room temperature with hot or cold beverage.
