Peppers Frt Potatoes Recipe
Ingredients
| Margarine | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Pepper red | 1 Cup (16 tbs), sliced | |
| Green pepper | 1 Cup (16 tbs), sliced | |
| Onion | 1 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
| Garlic | 1 Clove (5gm), minced | |
| 2 packets Weight Watchers chicken broth and seasoning mix | ||
| Pepper | 1/8 Teaspoon | |
| 1 lb. 2 oz. new potatoes, thinly sliced | ||

Directions
Heat margarine until bubbly.
Add peppers, onion and garlic.
Saute until softened.
Stir in 1 1/2 cups water, broth and pepper.
Bring to a boil.
Reduce heat to low.
Stir in potatoes.
Let simmer, stirring occasionally, until done, approximately 15 to 20 minutes.
