Ingredients
Peppers (red and green)- 8nos, cut into 1/2 cubes
Bacon- 4 slices, chopped
Garlic-2 cloves, minced
Raw Shrimp- 1/2 pound, shelled, deveined, and diced
Dried Ground Red Peppers- 1/4 teaspoon
Soy Sauce- 2 tablespoons
Anchovy Paste- 2 teaspoons
Cinnamon-1/4 teaspoon
Ac'cent- 1/2 teaspoon
Sugar- 1/2 teaspoon
Water- 1/2 cup
Directions
MAKING
1) In a non-stick pan and fry the bacon for 3 minutes, drain fat.
2) Add the garlic, shrimps, dried peppers and fresh peppers.
3) Sauté 2 minutes more.
FINALIING
4) In a bowl, mix together the soy sauce, anchovy paste, cinnamon, Ac-€™cent, sugar and water.
5) Stir the soy sauce mixture into the shrimps mixture.
6) Cover and simmer for 15 minutes.
SERVING
7) Serve hot with steamed or fried rice.
