2 cups biscuit mix
 
3/4 cup shredded pepperoni
 
2/3 cup milk

Directions

Combine all ingredients; stir with a fork just until the dry ingredients are moistened.
Turn dough out onto a lightly floured surface; knead 5 times.
Roll dough to 1/2-inch thickness; cut with a 21/2-inch biscuit cutter.
Place biscuits on a lightly greased baking sheet.
Bake at 450° for 8 to 10 minutes or until golden brown.
