Pepperoni Pizza Quesadilla- Quick and Easy Lunch Idea Recipe Video

To keep it simple I just used cheese, pepperoni and onions since this is what Isaac likes on his pizza (and what I had on hand). When I make these again I will definitely grab some black olives, green peppers, fresh tomatoes and banana peppers for hubby and I. Yum!

 Garlic1 Clove (5 gm), minced

Directions

GETTING READY
1. In a bowl, stir together melted butter, minced garlic, italian seasoning, and grated parmesan cheese.
2. Heat grill pan to medium heat.

MAKING
3. Brush tortilla with butter mixture and place buttered side down on grill pan.
4. Spread the pizza sauce, cheese, onions and pepperoni or any topping of choice.
5. Cook until buttered side is golden.
6. Fold tortilla over and press lightly.
7. Cook for another minute.
8. Place on a plate. Cut into thirds.

SERVING
9. In a serving plate, serve the Quesadilla with dipping sauces like garlic butter, pizza sauce and ranch.
