Directions

Simmer pizza sauce in a small saucepan 5 minutes.
Preheat oven to 400F (205C).
Flatten bread rounds if necessary by cutting a small slit along 1 edge and pressing on the top to remove air pockets.
Place bread rounds on a baking sheet.
For each pita, spread about 1/4 cup pizza sauce over surface.
Sprinkle about 1 tablespoon cheese over sauce.
Arrange mushroom slices, pepperoni and olives on bread rounds.
Sprinkle with remaining cheese.
Bake until cheese melts and sauce is bubbling, about 15 minutes
