Peppermint Pudding Recipe
Ingredients
1/4 lb. peppermint candy
1 med. angel food cake
1/2 c. light cream
1 1/2 env. Unflavored gelatin
1 pt. heavy cream
Directions
"Crush candy to fine powder.
Soften gelatin in 1/2 cup cold water.
Tear cake into bite-sized pieces.
Combine candy and light cream in double boiler; heat until candy i:i dissolved.
Add gelatin, stirring until dissolved.
Cool.
Whip heavy cream; fold into candy mixture.
Arrange layers of cake pieces and candy mixture in serving bowl.
Chill for 12 hours.
Cut into squares; serve with additional whipped cream."
