Ingredients

 
2 cups milk
 
2 eggs, beaten
 
1/2 cup ground peppermint-stick candy
 
1/4 teaspoon salt
 
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
 
1/2 cup water

Directions

Scald the milk; set aside to cool slightly.
Combine eggs, candy, and salt in a bowl.
Gradually add milk and vanilla, stirring constantly.
Pour mixture into individual custard cups.
Cover each cup tightly with aluminum foil.
Place water in cooker; set rack in place.
Put custard cups on rack; close cover securely.
Put pressure control in place.
When pressure is reached, cook for 3 minutes.
Cool at once under running water.
Chill the custards before serving.
