Peppermint Candy Topping Recipe
Ingredients
| Confectioner’s sugar | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Flour | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Salt | 1/8 Teaspoon | |
| Soft butter or margarine - 2 tablespoons | ||
| Light cream | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Soft peppermint candy - 1/2 cup, crushed | ||
Directions
MAKING
1 In a bowl, blend together sugar, flour, salt and butter.
2 Add in the cream and candy, mixing well.
SERVING
3 Evenly spread the mixture over cake.
4 Broil until the mixture begins to brown, about 2 to 4 minutes.
