Peppermint Bark Recipe
This Peppermint Bark candes are addictive. Trust me once you have it, you wont be able to stop with one. My kids and my husband can finish a whole jar of these yummy Peppermint Barks in one day. Try them for yourself!
Ingredients
1 pound white chocolate (candy coating)
3/4 cup crushed peppermint candy
Directions
Break white chocolate into pieces; place in single layer in 2-quart glass bowl.
Cook at MEDIUM 5 to 6 minutes; stir once.
Stir in peppermint candy.
Pour immediately onto ungreased cookie sheet; spread to 1/4 inch thickness.
Cool until firm; break into pieces.
Store in covered container.
