Peppered Pork Chops Recipe
The peppered pork chops are prepared with pork loin chops. Rubbed with a medley of red, white and black pepper, the peppered pork chops is broiled and best served with sauce piquante.
Ingredients
1 1/2 teaspoons ground white pepper
1 1/2 teaspoons ground red pepper
1 1/2 teaspoons ground black pepper
6 pork loin chops, cut 3/4 to 1 inch thick
Directions
Combine white pepper, red pepper, and black pepper.
Rub each chop with about 3/4 teaspoon of the pepper mixture.
Place chops on the rack of an unheated broiler pan.
Broil chops 3 to 4 inches from the heat for 20 to 25 minutes or till no pink remains, turning once.
Serve with Sauce Piquante (see recipe, left), if desired.
