Ingredients

 T-bone steak - 1, cut 1 1/2 inches thick
 Coarse Grind or Cracked Black Pepper - 2 teaspoons
 Garlic salt1/8 Teaspoon
 MSG - 1/8 teaspoon
 Salt1 Teaspoon

Directions

MAKING
1) Arrange steak on grill and sear each side.
2) In a small bowl mix remaining ingredients.
3) Sprinkle one half of the pepper mixture over each side of steak.
4) Press firmly with spatula.
5) Cook 4 to 5 inches from coals for 12 minutes on each side.

SERVING
6) Serve piping hot.
