Peppered Steak Recipe
Ingredients
| T-bone steak - 1, cut 1 1/2 inches thick | ||
| Coarse Grind or Cracked Black Pepper - 2 teaspoons | ||
| Garlic salt | 1/8 Teaspoon | |
| MSG - 1/8 teaspoon | ||
| Salt | 1 Teaspoon | |
Directions
MAKING
1) Arrange steak on grill and sear each side.
2) In a small bowl mix remaining ingredients.
3) Sprinkle one half of the pepper mixture over each side of steak.
4) Press firmly with spatula.
5) Cook 4 to 5 inches from coals for 12 minutes on each side.
SERVING
6) Serve piping hot.
