Peppered Pecans Recipe
Ingredients
3 tablespoons butter or margarine
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 1/2 teaspoons pepper sauce
1/2 teaspoon salt
3 cups pecan halves
Directions
Preheat oven to 250°F.
In small skillet melt butter.
Add garlic sauce and salt; cook 1 minute.
Toss pecans with butter mixture; spread in single layer on baking sheet.
Bake 1 hour or until pecans are crisp; stir occasionally.
