Peppered Lamb Steaks Recipe

| 4 lamb steaks, cut 1/2 -inch thick Instant unseasoned meat tenderizer | ||
| Seasoned salt | 1 | |
| Peppercorns | 1 Tablespoon | |
Directions
1. Moisten steaks and sprinkle with meat tenderizer; sprinkle lightly with the seasoned salt.
2. Put the peppercorns in a plastic bag; crush with a rolling pin. Press onto each side of steaks. Place steaks on the grill about 6 inches above hot coals.
3. Grill 6 minutes; turn; grill 6 minutes longer for medium or until the meat is done as you like lamb.
