Peppered Corn Recipe
Ingredients
| 3 tablesp. minced onion | ||
| 1 tablesp. diced green pepper | ||
| 3 tablesp. butter, margarine, fat, or salad oil | ||
| 3 c. cooked or canned whole-grain corn | ||
| 6 tablesp. light cream or top milk | ||
| Salt | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
Directions
Cook the onion and green pepper in the butter in a saucepan over low heat until tender.
