Ingredients

 3 tablesp. minced onion
 1 tablesp. diced green pepper
 3 tablesp. butter, margarine, fat, or salad oil
 3 c. cooked or canned whole-grain corn
 6 tablesp. light cream or top milk
 Salt1/2 Teaspoon

Directions

Cook the onion and green pepper in the butter in a saucepan over low heat until tender.
Add the remaining ingredients and heat well.
