Peppercorn Mustard Sauce Recipe
Ingredients
| 1-1/4 to 1-1/2 teaspoons drained water or brine-pack green peppercorns | ||
| 1/4 cup Dijon-style mustard | ||
| 1 cup Mayonnaise or other mayonnaise | ||
| Garlic | 1 Clove (5gm), minced | |
Directions
Crush 1 teaspoon green peppercorns; reserve remaining whole peppercorns.
In a medium bowl, combine crushed peppercorns, mustard, mayonnaise and garlic.
Fold in reserved whole peppercorns to taste.
