Peppercorn Mustard Sauce Recipe

Ingredients

 1-1/4 to 1-1/2 teaspoons drained water or brine-pack green peppercorns
 1/4 cup Dijon-style mustard
 1 cup Mayonnaise or other mayonnaise
 Garlic1 Clove (5gm), minced

Directions

Crush 1 teaspoon green peppercorns; reserve remaining whole peppercorns.
In a medium bowl, combine crushed peppercorns, mustard, mayonnaise and garlic.
Fold in reserved whole peppercorns to taste.
