Peppercorn and Yogurt Chicken Recipe
Ingredients
| Garlic | 1/2 Teaspoon, minced | |
| 3 tablespoons chopped spring onions | ||
| Natural yogurt | 185 Gram | |
| Dijon Mustard | 3 Tablespoon | |
| 1 tablespoon bottled green peppercorns | ||
| 4 chicken leg and thigh joints | ||
Directions
1. Place garlic, spring onions, yogurt and mustard in a food processor or blender and process to combine. Stir in green peppercorns. Place chicken in a baking dish and spoon over yogurt mixture.
2. Bake chicken for 30 minutes or until golden. Baste frequently during cooking.
